At Flicks & Flavours, tickets are purchased for limited capacity events an are used to plan food, stafffing and venue arrangements. For this reason, we have a limited refund policy.

Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the original ticket purchase to be eligible for a reund.

• Refund requests made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund, regardless of when the ticket was purchased.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable processing or service fees.

Need to Cancel After 72 hours?

While we cannot guarantee a reund after the 72 hour window, we understand that plans change. Depending on availability and timing we may offer:

• Ticket credit toward a future event

• Ticket transfer to another guest

• Event/date transfer where available

Transfer and credit reuests must be made before the event and are subject to availability.

Event Changes or Cancellation

If Flicks & Flavours cancels or significantly changes an event, ticket holders will be contacted and provided with the applicable options which may include a refund, credit or transfer.
